We are committed to empowering AIESEC members in their leadership journey within a professional environment, by fostering engagement with the local initiative to amplify the positive impact within our communities.

What is Local Talent?

Local Talent is an exclusive opportunity for leaders of AIESEC to kick-start their careers with DHL Group offices in their home country. It is a paid, 6-12 month internship with the possibility of being extended. Each internship will be hosted by one department within DHL Group from the areas of finance to business administration to supply chain and many more. The only eligible applicants are current or former AIESECers with leadership experience because we at DHL Group value the leadership development that AIESEC uniquely creates.

Application Process & Criteria

The process will include:

  • Shortlisting

  • Initial Interviews

  • Miscellaneous assessments (Challenge, Assessment center)

  • Final interview

    *Process duration will vary depending on DHL Office requirements.

  • The applicant must be a current or former member of AIESEC

  • The applicant must have at least one full year of leadership experience within AIESEC

  • The applicant must be in their final or second-last year of university studies within the country they want to do Local Talent in

  • The applicant must procure an ethics clearance letter from all the AIESEC entities they have worked within
